Michael’s do not know how to create an Ad for consumers. I’m so feed up with clicking on their links that will not open a weekly circular. I do not have this problem with AC Moore or Hobby Lobby’s web page.
So, how does Michael’s expect to be competitive, when they do not allow consumers to open their website? Why do the cashier at Michael’s ask for your e-mail? They don’t send out e-mails, so what’s the point? If it wasn’t for purpose of addressing my comments, I would not give my e-mail again. I’m done with seeking them out on the web.
I get at least one email from them every day. maybe check your junk mail? I even get personalized coupons coz I took a survey on what I purchase the most. The only issue for me is the coupon policy. I don’t care about their ad, I just go in the store and look around, that’s the fun part. Also, I find the site and mobile site easy to use. I think Joanns site is worse.
