How often does Ruler put out a new sale ad? Can NEVER “see” one online, why? Just curious. Is the website just not updated regularly? It would be great to see an ad since I do my grocery shopping at a few stores based on sales, etc, but living about 15 miles away from Ruler I need to know what bargains are to be had. These days everyone it seems has to pinch those pennies more and if I can get more bang for my buck I would LOVE to shop your store! BUT I need to SEE the online sale flyer first!!! Being owned by Kroger (from which I’ve read) please take notice of this and and run this store like you do your Kroger stores that I drive to about 21 miles away when thief sales match my needs/price!!! Thank you.

My name is Mary DeLaney and I went to their store today and fell and hurt myslf really bad. And the sad part is that NEITHER ONE OF THE MANAGERS WAS CARING ABIUT ANY OF IT. Then my husband and I had to wait at least 10 mins do a pregnant woman to come out of the office and then she asks me if I need a band aid. And my response was maybe a little more respect from you. Then she proceeded to slam a paper on this counter and watch over me and everything I was writing. More disrespect. Well my lawyer will love this. So you two women that were rude, inconsiderate, and plain rude. Let’s see if you keep your job when I am done. THIS HAPPENED AT THE BROWNSVILLE TN STORE AT 11 am

Like everyone else I log on and try to find an ad. Never seen one. Never been in the store because I’ m not going to waste my time if I dont know what they have. Sav a lot has an online ad and I get in my email. Meijer has an online ad and I get in my email. Everyone just like myself were too busy to waste our time. If you dont want customers done tell us what you have. Plenty of others want our business obviously you dont. Clicked on your flier picture went to Nov 2016. But the meijer ad below yours clicked it and went right to Jan 14, 2017 ads. Thats where I went and Sav a lot.

This is getting freakin ridiculously outrageous NOW. Period! Supposedly run by Kroger? Really? Really.
I have a new store that opened up closer to me but have NEVER and Never will walk in there. As one of the first people to complain about this “ISSUES” still no resolve. This is insane so I thought I would try one last time and see if “anybody” will resolve this neglect! Do you whoever “you” is realize how many customers your really losing ?
Kroger this a FIXABLE situation. That is if someone is actually manning this email site.
ALL “WE” are asking is to fix a very fixable issue.
We would like as future customers to click on a SALE AD that brings us to a current sale ad NOT one from thanksgiving and previous ads before that! This is not a brain surgery procedure. FIX IT!

Probably like most here I do my grocery twice a month map out the stores I’m going to with my lists nased on deals in this economy and shop according. You have made it impossible for me to ad your stor.

This is now the 3rd time I’ve emailed and NOTHING. I wouldn’t go there now IF I could find a freaking ad online just out of pure frustration and lack of professionalism on this company’s part. Not a $1.00 of my money will ever go into their pockets.

Why aren’t your sales ad accessible on line like other stores. I live in a remote area and have to plan my shopping according to all the weekly sales ad. Since I’m not able to access yours I guess I will shop elsewhere. Sorry.

This is a simple fix but after TWO YEARS it’s seems to be a task of which you can’t even pick up a phone to call someone (it’s called IT, he’ll even the GEEK Squad from Best Buy could fix this…hell I think my 16 year old daughter could come in there and come up with a solution and take care of this matter…hence my comment you can’t fix stupid.
